History

The Kent County Association of REALTORS®, established in 1945, is the central source of real estate information and services in the county. It is a trade association of the individuals engaged in various aspects of the real estate business with primary membership being licensed REALTORS® who:

Provide expertise and professional services to the general public in the purchase, sale and/or lease of all types of real property, as well as services to KCAR members.

Work cooperatively with lawmakers and the Local, State and National Associations of REALTORS® to preserve private property rights-the right to own, transfer and use real property.

Subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics in pursuit of the highest standards of professional excellence at all times.
